Location:  Situated in a lovely quiet spot with only one neighbour between the towns of Fumel and Villefranche du Perigord. The nearest village, just a few minutes drive, is Sauveterre La Lemance with shops, pharmacy, doctor and bar. Fumel is 15 minutes drive with shopping and  supermarkets.

Getting there:                                                                                                                                                 By Air;  Nearest airport is Bergerac, 45 minutes by car served by Ryanair and Flybe. Toulouse and Bordeaux are 1hr 45 and 2hrs respectively and are served by the major airlines.                                                                        By Train:  Nearest train stations with train services to and from Paris are Gourdon, Cahors and Agen.
